Mr. Sanders, unfortunately the Jim Town Road area is not scheduled for service availability until late Spring 2020. The work being done now is just one step in a series, and many other steps must be completed prior to availability. We are very excited to serve you and hope it does not take as long as expected.

The aerial crew began running line on Jim Town Rd this week and should be finished around Wednesday Oct 2nd. I know a ground crew needs to do some subterranean line runs to complete the road service line. Will the ground crew do their part right away or will there be a delay? How long from the time main line is finished before service to homes can be installed?
