1. How accurate are the zone maps? It looks like my neighbor will get Holston Connect in a few weeks and I have to wait until Fall of 21.
2. What does the color gray represents when the rest of the zone is Orange?

Unfortunately is does appear you are right on the line of a Phase. You are still estimated to have service availability in the Fall of 2021. Orange zones are presently under construction. Blue areas indicate where service is presently active. Green shows areas remaining to be constructed.
