As construction continues, additional zones will be announced on this site in Phase 1, then Phase 2. An entire service territory the size of Holston Electric Cooperative's typically takes around 3 years to complete. However, HolstonConnect has contractors working diligently on construction. Is there a timeline for Hwy 70 South, Charter wont even come look at my property even though they serve my neighbor directly behind me, with a clear path to run a cable. Very poor customer service on there part
