Rachel - Phase III (known as the Persia Area) includes Bulls Gap, St. Clair and Persia. The areas of Bulls Gap shall be the first completed, with an estimated service availability date of Fall 2020. It is our hope that Phase III, in its entirety, will be completed with service available by the first of 2021.

I see that my address has been moved to the Persia area instead of the Bulls Gap area where i was originally supposed to have possible service in the fall of 2020. I live at 126 Old Highway Rd....is the fall service date still in affect or has it been moved to Winter 2020 and if so why?
