Do to required engineering changes, St. Clair can expect to have service availability after Persia. We hope to have Persia completed prior to schedule, but at this time your estimated date of availability for St. Clair is January.

I noticed that the map now says St. Clair phase 3 is now scheduled for 2021? has that changed from the fall 2020 that is was at?
